About The Position
Our Lady of the Lake Health is seeking an accomplished and dynamic leader to join our team as the Vice President, Regional Chief Operating Officer (VP, RCOO). This senior executive position is responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives and overseeing the operational management of regional operations. The VP, RCOO will play a pivotal role in evaluating opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness, improve quality, and ensure that patient needs are met throughout the entire continuum of care. By partnering with hospital administrators, physicians, community leaders, and key system colleagues, the VP will lead efforts to promote Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System operational standards, drive service line growth, and streamline processes to improve care delivery across the region. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to make a significant impact on both the operational performance and patient experience within a leading healthcare network.
