The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. As a TERM Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the executing the full lifecycle recruiting process at all levels, including mid and senior level roles; serves as a subject matter expert in relevant areas of talent acquisition strategies, inclusion & diversity, policies, and objectives. Focus may be on internal talent to increase the number of jobs filled with existing colleagues. Develop and maintain relationships with managers, through advocating, enhancing, and promoting Talent Acquisition & Staffing strategies and best practices. Client-centric (i.e., candidates, hiring managers, etc.) and consistently seeks to improve service delivery using stakeholder feedback.
