For more information, visit us at myresman.com Job Description Summary The Vice President of Property Management Systems Operations is a highly self motivated and results driven executive who directs and manages the organization’s daily business activities, develops and implements effective business strategies/programs and ensures support of company top line strategic and revenue efforts. The Vice President accounts for all business activities, supports staff development, enhances efficiency, supports sales efforts, improves revenue, maintains relationships with clients and vendors, enhances the organization’s brand and reputation, ensures compliance protocols are followed and meets overall growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years progressive senior level leadership experience.
  • Executive level responsibility, with a proven record of setting strategy, leading complex initiatives, and delivering sustained business results within multifamily property management, PropTech, or adjacent SaaS environments.
  • Deep operational expertise in property management, gained through direct experience as an owner/operator and/or as a senior leader within a property management software or technology solutions provider.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling organizations, including building, recruiting, and developing high performing leadership teams in fast paced, growth oriented environments.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with hands on experience in budgeting, expense management, monthly financial reporting, and driving profitable growth.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize cross functional operations, including third party vendor relationships, accountability frameworks, and performance management across the enterprise.
  • Data driven executive mindset, with experience leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategy, improve performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influence skills, including the ability to present to and engage Boards, executive stakeholders, customers, and partners with clarity and credibility.
  • High integrity leadership style, characterized by honesty, accountability, sound judgment, strong work ethic, and the ability to navigate conflict, negotiations, and complex decision making effectively.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Set and lead the company’s vision, strategy, and culture, ensuring alignment across products, operations, and teams.
  • Provide overall executive leadership for the business, balancing day to day operational excellence with long term growth and scalability.
  • Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to guide strategic and product decisions.
  • Drive financial performance through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and KPI oversight.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high performing executive team; establish accountability, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee operational execution, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, vendors, industry leaders, and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing leadership to support go to market execution, revenue growth, and brand strength.
  • Ensure strong customer outcomes through close alignment with Client Success and ongoing measurement of satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company externally, enhancing reputation, credibility, and enterprise value.
