Areas of Responsibility and Job Requirements: The Vice President will have oversight of all New York City / New Jersey assets owned and managed by C+C Apartment Management, a portfolio of over 7,500 units and 40 properties. They will aid and provide input on operational procedures and assist implement subject matter expertise streamline the business strategies and initiatives. The VP will work alongside the SVP setting goals, formulating and executing expense management financial profitability initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Property Management of C&C Apartment Management LLC. and an integral member of C&C’s executive team, the VP serves as the company’s lead subject matter expert and advisor to ownership, directly overseeing property operations. A successful VP will help lead performance expectations of property management operations and will use goal setting, action plans, and performance monitoring to improve service delivery, and regulatory compliance. The VP will evaluate and improve tools for financial management, work methods, employee engagement and resident engagement. The VP will be an experienced leader in the fields of property management, facilities operations, or related industries. He/she/they, will have demonstrated and extensive team management experience in challenging public and/or private sectors. The VP will be an effective communicator and a results-driven problem solver who leads diverse management and technical teams. The VP of Property Management must also have a strong background in affordable housing, commercial/retail, as well as demonstrated and extensive capital project management experience.
