About The Position
As the VP of Product, you will serve as a pivotal leader shaping the overarching strategy, vision, and direction of the product organization. You will oversee multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation that anticipates and exceeds market needs. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to establish company-wide policies, practices, and long-term strategies that position the organization as a market leader. You will lead the entire Product Management organization, guiding Directors and their teams to success. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Engineering, you will act as a key contributor to the Executive Leadership Team and provide critical insights that influence organizational strategy and decision-making. On a daily basis, you will engage with cross-functional executives, senior stakeholders, and key customers, balancing abstract ideas with practical solutions that drive long-term success. You'll lead and coach the Product leadership team, which consists of 1 Director of Product, Group Product Manager, and Lead Project Manager 3 Product Directors. You'll regularly attend extended P&T Staff meetings, and interact frequently with Engineering Managers, C-suite executives, GTM leadership and key customer accounts.
