The Product & Technology Strategy Lead will be a pivotal leader of the corporate strategy team, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and working very closely with our President, CPO and COO and other members of Executive team on shaping the future of ServiceNow's strategy. This leader will sit at the intersection of technology trends, product innovation, and corporate vision, ensuring our product portfolio evolves in step with customer needs, technological advances, and competitive dynamics. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic insight and operational rigor—able to anticipate market shifts, articulate a compelling vision for the future of AI, and translate insights into clear product priorities that drive growth and category leadership. This person will work closely with the Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales leaders to turn strategy into impact.
