About the Role: Subway is one of the world's largest restaurant brands, serving customers across more than 100 countries and 37,000 locations. As part of a broader transformation of our global operations, we are formalizing and elevating our procurement function into a true strategic capability. A procurement team exists today. What does not yet exist is the structure, the influence, or the operational discipline to unlock its potential. The VP, Procurement will be the leader who transforms an underutilized function into a centralized, high-impact capability. This leader will assess what exists, redesign what is not working, establish the systems and governance that are missing, and deliver meaningful savings to the business, all while building the credibility and cross-functional relationships that will make procurement a permanent strategic asset at Subway. The savings opportunity is significant. The infrastructure is not yet in place. The right leader will see that as the point.
