About The Position

Dalfen Industrial is looking for a Vice President of Private Wealth to join the capital fundraising team based in Dallas, TX. As the Vice President of Private Wealth, you will play a crucial role in our capital fundraising efforts by conducting outreach to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and enhancing our investor relations strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in private equity, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building relationships with affluent clients. This role will report to the Managing Director of Capital Raising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in private equity, capital fundraising, or investor relations, with a focus on industrial real estate.
• Proven track record of successful outreach and relationship building with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong drive to achieve fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to articulate the firm’s investment strategy and value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on investor communications and marketing materials.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead business development initiatives to attract new investors and increase capital commitments.
• Provide exceptional investor relations support, addressing inquiries and fostering positive investor experience.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other relevant engagements.
