We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Pricing to lead SentinelOne’s global pricing and packaging strategy. This role owns the full pricing lifecycle across our growing multi-product SaaS portfolio, ensuring alignment with market dynamics, customer value, and company growth objectives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SaaS pricing and packaging, cross-functional leadership experience, and a proven ability to design monetization strategies that scale. They will oversee a high-performing pricing organization spanning strategy, operations, licensing, and analytics — while partnering with executive leaders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal to drive impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS pricing models, licensing frameworks, and packaging strategies
  • Proven success leading pricing for multi-product portfolios at scale ($500M+ ARR)
  • Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and market research
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional executive initiatives and influence at the C-suite level
  • Track record of leading pricing through M&A, new product launches, and large-scale systems transitions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve SentinelOne’s monetization architecture across products, packaging, and go-to-market motions
  • Lead pricing and packaging workstreams for new products, acquisitions, and integrations, ensuring scalable adoption and cross-product growth
  • Partner with executive leadership to align pricing with long-term growth strategies and corporate objectives
  • Chair an executive-level Pricing Committee to ensure cross-functional alignment on pricing decisions
  • Represent Pricing in GTM convergence planning, ensuring strategies balance customer value, competitive differentiation, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops to design enforceable, scalable licensing and pricing frameworks
  • Drive initiatives to reduce discounting and strengthen pricing discipline across global sales and channel motions
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to implement value-based selling frameworks that capture the full value of SentinelOne’s differentiated solutions
  • Establish clear discount policies, guardrails, and escalation processes to ensure consistency and protect margins
  • Leverage channel partnerships by designing pricing models and incentives that align partner success with SentinelOne’s revenue objectives
  • Build programs to continuously measure and improve price realization, ensuring list-to-net performance reflects strategic goals
  • Provide executive visibility into discount trends, price performance, and opportunities for improved monetization
  • Direct pricing execution through scalable systems (e.g., CPQ, BI) and channel enablement
  • Oversee quoting, discounting, and licensing compliance processes to maximize revenue realization
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new pricing models across field teams and partners
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global pricing organization spanning strategy, licensing operations, analytics, and compliance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the pricing team
