About The Position
The Physician Strategy and Development position at Sharp's management service organization is responsible for leading and managing the strategic planning and development activities of the medical group. This role focuses on building relationships with independent physicians, facilitating MSO services, and implementing recruitment and retention strategies to enhance the quality of care provided to the community. The individual will work closely with executive leadership to align the medical group's goals with those of contracted physicians and develop innovative alignment opportunities.
