  • Develop and facilitate teammate forums.
  • Assess leadership needs and develop plans.
  • Lead annual leadership talent assessment.
  • Design and direct assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Manage organizational talent through performance management.
  • Develop operating and capital budgets.
