About The Position

Do you excel at planning, managing, and optimizing media strategies across social platforms? Are you a social media expert with a deep understanding of best practices across the largest platforms? If so, we’re looking for a Director-level Paid Social expert to lead and oversee strategic social media campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, providing optimization recommendations, and supporting campaign strategy alongside a dynamic, collaborative team. With strong attention to detail, you’ll manage the social media planning process from start to finish, ensuring that campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience
• Subject matter expertise on best practices for the largest social media platforms
• Must be a do-er, recent hands-on platform experience is a necessity for this role.
• Strong relationship management skills, experience working with stakeholders cross functionally and in global markets as well as having previously managed a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Associates and Sr. Associates
• Responsible for Planning and reporting across all social platforms
• Represent social media in conversations with internal teams who want to look at new approaches to achieve their business objectives, and working with social media managers, develop campaign strategies and tactics that meet these needs.
