About The Position
Supports QHC's approach to growth and efficiency management by providing expert operations advisory and consultative services across Hospital Based specialties. Works effectively in a matrixed organization with emphasis on collaboration with Corporate and facility team members. Assists in engagement oversight, planning, and execution for contract assessments, negotiations, and Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs). Assesses staffing and coverage models for QHC facilities and manages contract negotiations with vendor partners and ensures Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) are consistent with company standards. Supports development of company-wide initiatives and assessments that serve to mitigate expense pressures and enhance operational excellence. Communicates, as requested, HBP service line updates with facility executives. Ensures all internal approvals are achieved prior to contract execution (e.g. FMV, business case approval, etc.). Participates in the development, monitoring, reporting, and improvement of activities and company initiatives and guidelines. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships with employees, hospitals, and stakeholders related to growth and efficiency initiatives. Assists in other operational activities needed outside of HBP services.
