This role owns the systems, teams, and operating cadence that sit between product, revenue, and the customer. You will lead Customer Success and Support, oversee Revenue Operations and People Operations, and build the playbooks that allow Trayd to scale with clarity and control. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has operated at scale, built teams and processes from scratch, and knows how to balance urgency with rigor. You will manage managers, set standards, and bring structure to ambiguity.
