About The Position
This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S. Reporting to the SVP, Client Advisory, the VP, Office of the Field CISO, is a pivotal leadership role within Optiv's Client Advisory organization. This individual will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of highly skilled Field CISOs, who act as trusted advisors and strategic security leaders for Optiv's clients. This role requires a visionary leader with deep cybersecurity expertise, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing client-facing teams. The Field CISO team are key contributors to Optiv's brand, client relationships and retention, sales pursuits, and industry thought leadership. The VP will be instrumental in building and developing the team, alignment to Optiv's strategic goals, driving client success, expanding Optiv's market presence, and shaping the future of Optiv's capabilities.
