About The Position

The VP of Wealth Surge is a leadership role responsible for developing and overseeing a new business vertical that supports the company's core educational product lines in stock and real estate. This position involves driving growth through free preview seminars and virtual sales funnels, collaborating closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Strategy Officer to align sales strategies with the company's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in seminar sales and online sales strategies, with a focus on building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales, General Manager, or equivalent senior sales leadership role.
  • 5 years in free preview physical seminars with a track record of success.
  • Strong background in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with an understanding of both B2C and B2B sales processes.
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management in both physical previews and virtual online sales channels.
  • Expertise in using CRM tools, sales automation, and other digital sales platforms.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with marketing, IT, and finance teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in trading, financial services, and real estate investing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of speaker's sales reps and admissions to fulfill free previews nationwide with an emphasis on financial markets and real estate investing.
  • Develop and create compelling PowerPoint presentations and sales processes that align with company vision and goals.
  • Recruit, build, and train a high-performing free preview traveling sales team to support this new business.
  • Develop team processes, sales KPIs, and incentive programs to drive performance and accountability.
  • Lead a virtual sales team of speakers and sales reps to drive a new online sales model for SurgeU's financial markets and real estate investing business lines.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and compliance along with other departments to develop a strong free preview front end funnel that will drive attendance at our 3-day sales seminars.
  • Test compelling messaging that generates strong lead conversion for virtual seminar attendees.
  • Work closely with the 3-day sales teams to ensure that customer experiences and expectations are met at our physical seminars.
  • Ensure the technology infrastructure (CRM, sales platforms, etc.) is in place to support online sales operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership to continuously monitor sales performance, forecast revenues, and plan strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets for both physical preview and virtual sales teams.
  • Partner with SurgeU's CRO and CSO to align sales strategies with the broader company vision. Provide regular updates on progress, sales metrics, and areas for optimization.
