To learn more, visit https://www.pcsretirement.com/ Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on, versatile technology leader to oversee our development, QA, DevOps, technical analysts, and production support center of excellence. This role requires deep experience across both legacy data center environments and modern cloud platforms, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in financial services, particularly retirement services. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who can wear multiple hats - mentoring teams, driving delivery, and aligning technology with business strategy. They must be comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed and have recent hands-on experience with technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and Azure Cloud Services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including oversight of Development, QA, DevOps, and Support functions.
  • Recent hands-on experience with enterprise technologies including .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and Azure.
  • Proven success in managing both legacy infrastructure and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably retirement services or similar domains.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software architecture, and ITIL or similar support frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
  • Experience with External integrations with data feeds to aggregators.
  • Experience with Record Keeping systems such as FIS FRP or Omni platforms is a strong advantage.

  • Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve system stability.
