About The Position

Hangouty is an AI-powered platform transforming how people discover and plan social experiences. We are expanding into enterprise partnerships, enabling large organizations to drive employee engagement, community building, and data-driven social experiences at scale. We are currently in discussions with global enterprise partners and preparing for our upcoming seed round. We are looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships to lead and execute high-impact enterprise deals. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial conversations to closing and expansion, playing a critical role in shaping Hangouty’s growth and enterprise strategy. This is a founding-level role with direct exposure to executive decision-making and investor conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing enterprise deals ($250K+ to multi-million)
  • Background in B2B SaaS, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and long sales cycles
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive enterprise partnerships end-to-end (pipeline → close → expansion)
  • Lead strategic discussions with large organizations (e.g., global enterprises like PMI)
  • Identify, map, and manage key stakeholders across partner organizations
  • Structure and negotiate partnership deals in collaboration with the CEO and CFO
  • Define and execute pilot programs with partners and scale successful deployments
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Build repeatable processes for enterprise sales and partnerships
