As VP of sales you will be developing and executing company sales strategy, driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring sales managers, setting targets, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product to align on business goals, focusing on high-level strategy, forecasting, and market expansion rather than day-to-day deal closing. We are looking for strategic leaders, using data to manage key accounts, and develop our sales managers. This is a salary position which includes a base salary with very high upside (commission and significant performance bonuses).
