About The Position

Vice President of Sales - (EV Solutions) The Mandate We are engaged in a search for a Vice President of Sales to drive aggressive revenue growth, open new markets, and scale a high-performance sales engine within a rapidly expanding EV infrastructure business. This is a hunter-leader role—owning new business, pipeline, and team execution across Federal, State, Utility, Fleet, and Commercial sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven hunter with a track record of opening markets and winning deals
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership, leading teams at scale
  • Strong in forecasting, CRM, and data-driven execution
  • Experience in EV infrastructure is mandatory
  • High accountability, strong operator, and results-driven leader

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue, market expansion, and competitive wins
  • Build and close a strong, multi-channel sales pipeline
  • Lead and scale outside sales, inside sales, and key accounts teams
  • Set and enforce KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Own GTM strategy, pricing, and margin performance
  • Build strategic partnerships across utilities, OEMs, and EV ecosystem
  • Deliver end-to-end customer execution from acquisition to retention
