About The Position

We are looking for a visionary VP of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our executive team to align go-to-market strategies with operational execution, ensuring seamless processes that drive sustainable growth in the fast-evolving AI landscape. As a strategic and results-driven entrepreneurial leader, you’ll design scalable systems, enhance existing processes, and cultivate a high-performing, data-driven culture. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, is passionate about leveraging AI to transform traditional methods, and inspires operational excellence while fostering alignment across teams. This fully remote role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue operations or related disciplines, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at high-growth startups or SaaS organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable revenue systems, including experience with sales pipeline optimization, forecasting, consumption pricing, and compensation models.
  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, making thoughtful, data-driven decisions with speed and precision.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and passionate about solving complex challenges in real-time.
  • A deep knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with sales and marketing metrics, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools.
  • An eagerness to explore how AI-driven solutions can redefine traditional approaches and drive efficiencies in revenue operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across technical, financial, and operational roles.
  • Strong leadership background that promotes inclusivity, inspires teams, and drives consistent performance improvements.
  • Deep expertise in data analysis, with a proven ability to translate raw numbers into actionable strategies that impact revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a data-driven revenue operations strategy across our GTM organization.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Design and refine pipeline models to effectively manage opportunities through the funnel, providing actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Implement robust systems that can seamlessly scale with Jasper’s rapid growth trajectory, setting new operational benchmarks.
  • Own sales and partner forecasting models, delivering accurate predictions that inform Jasper’s business decisions.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and growth opportunities, turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute sales-led pricing strategies that drive customer value and maximize revenue growth for Jasper.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of impactful sales compensation frameworks that align with company objectives, while motivating teams around the right behaviors.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, applying AI to solve challenges in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue visualization.
