Raycon is looking for an experienced VP of Operations to lead the process of building a world class operations infrastructure to power our growth, both domestically and internationally. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring they are humming along. The ideal candidate has experience scaling a fast-paced e-commerce company and requires proficiency in operational excellence, process optimization, analytics, and customer service. You will be responsible for enhancing our international eCommerce infrastructure, optimizing current unit economics and making cost improvements, ensuring our operational process delivers amazing customer experience, and streamlining operational infrastructure to enable sales and marketing opportunities. You will report directly to our CEO. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday (9am-6pm) that will require 4 days of the week to be spent at our NYC midtown office.
