The VP of Marketing & Digital will set the vision for Fastline’s brand, digital transformation, customer engagement strategy, and product technology roadmap. This leader manages a team of marketers, designers, developers, and system administrators and will drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product. You will oversee digital strategy, marketing performance, team leadership, CRM enhancements, new digital tools, analytics, and the technology infrastructure that supports our business. This role reports directly to the President.

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, qualified leads, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Build a 1–2 year roadmap that connects marketing initiatives with technology capabilities and product evolution.
  • Increase website traffic, conversions, auction bidder engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee SEO, paid digital media, content strategy, email marketing, social media, and traditional print campaigns.
  • Improve ROI through data-driven planning, analytics, and attribution modeling.
  • Lead customer and market research to refine segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead the IT and digital product teams, including developers and system administrators.
  • Build or enhance CRM systems, AI tools, chat systems, and automation workflows.
  • Strengthen digital architecture to support real-time reporting, performance insights, and customer behavior tracking.
  • Improve system security, reduce vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Streamline internal workflows and improve information flow across departments.
  • Partner closely with Sales on client presentations, campaign strategies, and dealer support.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance user experience and drive new digital solutions.
  • Align Marketing, IT, Sales, and leadership around shared business goals.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing marketing and technology professionals.
  • Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and uphold a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Serve as a visible leader in meetings, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, technology, digital transformation, or related roles.
  • 5+ years leading teams at a senior management level.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, website optimization, analytics, and campaign measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing development teams or digital product teams is strongly preferred.
  • Agricultural industry experience is a plus but not required.
