We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing Operations to lead the operational core of our marketing organization. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role responsible for aligning the team around shared goals, driving accountability, and ensuring that marketing functions efficiently and at scale. As both the operational leader and Chief of Staff to the CMO, you’ll manage strategic planning, campaign and CRM operations, project and process management, and cross-functional execution. You’ll also serve as the bridge between marketing and the broader enterprise—ensuring that marketing not only performs but operates in compliance with company-wide policies and governance standards. You will oversee marketing workflow and process governance, manage strategic planning cycles, ensure CRM and campaign operations are tightly executed, and act as a key liaison with the Corporate EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) to drive cross-departmental initiatives.
