As VP of Influencer, you will be the architect of Dropout’s influencer strategy across our brands (starting with Jams, then Bronco). You’ll build and lead a team (and processes) that activate meaningful influencer, creator, and ambassador relationships to amplify brand storytelling, drive growth, and deepen connection with core audiences. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, content, creative, and product — shaping how we show up across platforms and communities. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a holistic influencer + creator marketing playbook, integrating with brand campaigns, performance marketing, retail activations, experiential, and content ecosystems. You’ll lead with an eye for authenticity, scale, ROI, and innovation — pushing boundaries without compromising brand integrity.
