We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and scale our people strategy across our brand portfolio. This role will manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners who support all brands, while also serving as a key architect of HR processes, policies, and change initiatives as the organization continues to grow. The VP of HR will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and a strong, consistent people experience across brands. This role can be hybrid in our Salt Lake City office or in our Los Angeles office with a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite.
