About The Position
The VP of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance for the overall strategy and administration of human resources within the organization. This role encompasses compliance with state and federal policies, management of benefits and compensation structures, employee relations, training and development, and the implementation of health and wellness programs. The VP is tasked with setting and enforcing HR policies and best practices while identifying and implementing long-term strategic goals.
