About The Position

The VP of HR Technology, Operations & Workforce Analytics will be responsible for developing strategies to support HR service delivery, operations, people analytics, and enterprise workforce labor productivity. This role will focus on organizational processes and systems that span the employee lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency, improving data integrity, and providing a best-in-class employee experience. The position requires collaboration with IT to develop and execute an HR technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. In this role, the VP will develop metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR technologies and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and ensure legal compliance. The VP will also work with IT to review the efficacy and relevance of HR systems, recommending modifications as part of IT Governance. Leading the development of workforce analytics and labor productivity strategy is crucial, as the VP will identify key metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools required to drive organizational insights, predict outcomes, and improve decision-making time. The VP will partner with IT on the selection, implementation, and optimization of all HR-related technology, including talent management, learning, and ERP systems. Optimizing people analytics through HR systems will support strategic decision-making and create opportunities for automation and improvements in user experience. The role also involves leading the deployment of people analytics across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, learning, compensation, and benefits. Additionally, the VP will develop dashboards to identify trends within workforce labor productivity data, providing actionable insights to inform talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization is essential to understand business needs, gain buy-in for improvement initiatives, and drive alignment with strategic objectives. The VP will lead the development of the enterprise-wide HR operations and service delivery roadmap, ensuring the HR Service Center delivers efficient, accurate, and timely services to employees and managers. Monitoring ESC dashboards to identify trends to improve processes and service delivery for a best-in-class employee experience is also a key responsibility. Finally, the VP will ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks associated with HR processes and transactions.
