Current Need: The VP of Field Sales, Community Pharmacy & Health (CP&H) is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals within a specified geography or state. The key focus is to execute strategic plans and to meet and/or exceed targeted sales, financial, and organizational goals. This role involves collaboration with CPH enterprise and extended teams to enhance value for customers, buying groups, and McKesson. A key focus is on maintaining high customer satisfaction as measured via NPS scores and promoting the development and growth of team members through ICARE and ILEAD principles guidance and feedback.
