About The Position

We are an American luxury lifestyle brand, founded in 2004. The collections include ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home and beauty. You are seeking a work environment where people are encouraged to dream, explore, discover and, as important, laugh together. Life @ToryBurch is Special Because: When you join us, you’re joining a global, purpose-led company on an exciting growth journey with an amazing culture and great benefits. Our culture is welcoming and inclusive -- everyone is empowered to make a difference. We have the best team in the world and believe in paying competitively and rewarding for high performance. We believe in the importance of giving back and you’ll have many opportunities to do just that through the Tory Burch Foundation and paid volunteer days. This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: You are a builder and a change leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and human experience. As Vice President of Experience, you will lead one of the Foundation’s most important transformations: evolving from a program-centric organization to an experience-led platform that meets women entrepreneurs where they are—and grows with them as their businesses scale. Reporting to the President of the Foundation, you will be responsible for reimagining how the Foundation delivers value across its ecosystem. This includes designing experiences that serve founders at different stages of business growth, balancing personalization with scalability, and ensuring that community, education, and programming collectively drive revenue growth and long-term business resilience for women entrepreneurs across America. You will lead a team of four and work closely with cross-functional partners to translate the Foundation’s bold $1B by 2030 ambition into experiences that are coherent, inclusive, and operationally sustainable. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to let go of legacy models, and the ambition to build new systems that can grow well beyond their original design. A Day in the Life: The typical day is… transformational. You may begin by working with the President to assess how the current experience ecosystem is—or is not—serving founders at different revenue and growth stages. You’ll make decisions about what must remain high-touch, what can be modularized, and where technology, partnerships, or new delivery models can unlock scale without sacrificing quality. You’ll lead your team in evolving the Foundation’s flagship offerings, including the Fellows Program, into a broader experience architecture that can support hundreds of entrepreneurs concurrently. This includes setting clear experience principles, defining founder journeys, and ensuring programs, community, and resources are aligned around outcomes—not activities. We’re a lean team, so leadership might also mean helping to stuff gift bags or responding to a founder’s post on our digital community platform. Throughout the day, you’ll engage directly with entrepreneurs to understand what truly moves the needle for their businesses, while using data and insights to refine experience design. You’ll collaborate with Marketing to ensure the experience is clearly articulated, with Fundraising to align resources to impact, and with the Board Program Committee to ensure scalability and sustainability. You will constantly balance empathy for founders with the rigor required to achieve systemic change.
