Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including high-growth SaaS.
• Proven experience in optimizing delivery operations without sacrificing quality.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architectures and modern development practices.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills.
• Experience leading teams within a Quality Management System.
• Strong focus on talent development and cultural engagement.
• Ability to operate under a growth mindset and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of relevant clinical guidelines and compliance regulations.
