About The Position

As VP of Digital Strategy, you will lead Location3’s digital transformation, driving strategic initiatives across AI, marketing, and media. You will shape the agency’s digital vision, build scalable solutions, and deliver high-performance campaigns that elevate client success. This executive role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is part of the senior leadership team. We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital and media strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • Proven success leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, automation).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex digital projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Jasper, or custom machine learning models.
  • Agile and digital product development experience.
  • Proven thought leadership in digital innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with franchise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the agency’s digital roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Champion the integration of AI technologies into marketing and media operations.
  • Lead the development of data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Oversee media planning and buying with a focus on ROI and audience engagement.
  • Identify and deploy AI tools to enhance campaign performance, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build proprietary AI solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation and media strategy.
  • Present digital vision and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing digital team across strategy, media, and technology.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and support professional growth.
