Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline. A Master's degree would be an added bonus.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and the ability to use data analysis tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a penchant for building relationships.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and practices, plus prior experience with CRM software.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Lead our customer success team with broad scope: hire, train, and inspire an excellent team focused on delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies, processes, and procedures to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve customer experiences and effectively address customer concerns. Create standards for evaluating the customer relationship's health and success rate.
  • Offer operational guidance during implementations, focused on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively alongside Leadership and Product Development teams, providing relevant feedback concerning product improvements, based on customer responses and desires.
  • Create strategic plans to onboard new customers smoothly, providing them guidance during their initial phase.
  • Communicate company culture and core values to your team and customers.
