About The Position
The VP of Clinical Operations is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for clinic operations in alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees daily operations for all outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient workflows, provider productivity, and high-quality patient care. The VP will establish performance benchmarks and lead continuous improvement efforts across clinic sites, identify growth opportunities, and partner with clinical teams to promote evidence-based care. Additionally, the VP will lead initiatives to enhance patient access and satisfaction, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance. This position also involves leading and supporting clinic directors and staff, serving as a liaison between clinic operations and executive leadership, and representing the organization in community partnerships.
