Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations and in accordance with the Christian nature and purpose of the YMCA of Greater Dayton, the Vice President of Childcare and Camping Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Camp Kern and the Childcare Branch. This position ensures high-quality, mission-driven service delivery aligned with YMCA core values and the Association’s strategic plan. The Vice President directly supervises the Executive Director of Camp Kern and the Executive Director of Childcare Services, providing visionary leadership in program development, financial sustainability, board engagement, fundraising, staff development, community partnerships, and regulatory compliance. The VP oversees a combined operating budget more than $12.5 million and leads efforts to achieve annual and capital campaign fundraising.
