About The Position
As we embark on our next phase of transformational growth and market leadership, UKG is seeking a Head of Transformation reporting directly to our President and Chief Financial Officer. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives across the organization. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to identify cross functional strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure successful execution.
