About The Position
The VP of Member Experience will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives related to member interactions and feedback, ensuring a seamless and exceptional user experience across all touchpoints. This executive role is responsible for establishing service standards, design principles, and protocols to align member-facing efforts with the organization's long-term vision, driving innovation and accountability in delivering a superior experience to members.
