About The Position
OneMain is the largest non-bank lender in the United States. Backed by a strong financial and competitive position, we continue to refine and augment all aspects of our business model. With around 1,300 branches, a central sales/servicing organization, and an expanding auto finance and credit card business, the need for a closely managed incentives program is critical to the business's performance. Our well-structured design and deployment of incentive schemes has been a key differentiator in our industry. To support this, the Incentives leader - VP/MD, will drive executive management goals into specific, measurable metrics down to the Team Member level through Incentives schemes across all areas of business operations.
