Job Summary: The Vice President of Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Andela's marketing strategy to accelerate growth, drive market visibility, and enhance our brand positioning. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Marketing will lead all marketing activities across our core business lines, including AI services, our talent marketplace, and a SaaS product portfolio. The successful candidate will be a strategic marketing generalist capable of building high-performing teams, crafting compelling narratives, and driving measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced technology environment.
