About The Position

As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead all marketing functions for our SaaS business, focusing on building a robust pipeline and accelerating annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. We’re looking for an accomplished leader with a passion for strategy, team development, and results-driven marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a history of delivering measurable growth
  • 7+ years in a marketing leadership role
  • Proven success leading SaaS marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on accountability and results
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, funnel metrics, attribution, and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to influence stakeholders and drive strategic alignment
  • Ability to create compelling messaging and innovative go-to-market programs that build awareness and pipeline at scale

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy that creates predictable pipeline growth and aligns with our revenue and go-to-market objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing demand generation and product marketing team dedicated to pipeline contribution, campaign success, and operational excellence.
  • Pipeline & Campaign Ownership: Lead integrated demand generation initiatives—including digital, account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle, and field programs—to increase pipeline volume, improve conversion rates, and accelerate sales momentum.
  • Market & Buyer Insights: Analyze buyer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine target segments, prioritize opportunities, and identify new growth areas.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, return on investment, and strategic allocation to high-impact programs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts.
  • Performance Measurement: Own marketing analytics and reporting, tracking pipeline contribution, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and digital channel performance. Continuously optimize strategies for greater impact and lower acquisition costs.
