  • Architect and champion AI-powered marketing strategies, tools, and automation across our entire tech stack.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue success.
  • Define compelling positioning, highlight differentiators, and shape narratives that resonate with HR and G&A leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities and growth objectives.
  • Team up with Sales to uncover new opportunities, create AI-infused messaging, and maximize account penetration.
  • Own multi-channel campaigns and leverage data-driven, AI-enhanced automation to fuel customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Develop thought leadership content and public-facing initiatives to establish Leapsome as a market leader in HRTech.
  • Monitor global HRTech trends, assess competitive positioning, and evolve marketing strategy to stay ahead.
  • Define and execute a hiring strategy, build a top-tier global marketing organization across digital, content, field, and partner marketing, and cultivate a high-performance, growth-minded culture.
  • Hands-on AI fluency and experience embedding AI-tools and agents into marketing workflows.
  • Experience streamlining tech stacks to drive growth and eliminate complexity.
  • Senior marketing leadership roles in B2B SaaS, ideally in HRTech or adjacent verticals.
  • Track record of scaling $30M → $100M+ ARR and activating SMB/Mid-Market GTM plays.
  • Understanding of HR and G&A decision-making, with the ability to speak to SMB buyers.
  • Expertise in brand transformation, product messaging, and competitor positioning.
  • Data-first marketing mindset with proven success in demand generation and revenue predictability.
  • Experience building and inspiring world-class marketing teams.
