We are looking for a senior marketing operator to step into a complex, fast-moving home services business and lead the marketing triage effort from day one. This person walks into an organization that knows things are broken, assesses what matters most, and starts fixing — while serving as the direct day-to-day partner to senior leadership. This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role. The right person has operated inside trades or home services businesses before, understands performance marketing at a practitioner level, and doesn't need a perfect brief to get started. They think in outcomes, move with urgency, and know how to get things done inside organizations that are under pressure to perform. A key output of this role is a clear record the incoming permanent leader can act on from day one.
