As a staff level position in the Supply Chain department, the Shipping & Receiving Customer Service Representative will monitor shipment transactions and track warehouse inventory by handling unit using SAP. The Shipping & Receiving Customer Service Representative will prepare reports and collaborate with other departments within but not limited to Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Four (4) years' experience in inventory management.
• Experience in enterprise WMS and/or SAP.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in CPG food industry.
• Four (4) years' Warehousing experience.
• Bilingual fluency in school English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor imports, inbound and outbound orders; track product progress; reconcile data with SAP; review and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); ensure accurate inventory; coordinate overages, shortages and damage claims from final customers and CEDIs; resolve order and product issues.
• Prepare and generate product reports and claim(s); track requests, request hold releases and communicate product status; process withdrawals or recalls as needed to support QA.
• Work with Product Management to ensure loads are being handled timely by contracted warehouse.
• Provide Bill of Lading as needed to internal customers.
• Coordinate product sample and Point of Purchase (POP) deliveries in collaboration with external vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
