Offers Base salary up to $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus short-term incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & company holidays Tuition reimbursement for continued development Colleague broadband discounts What You’ll Do As the leader of Market Expansion, you will: Define and execute WOW!’s greenfield expansion strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-impact markets Develop long-term growth plans aligned to enterprise objectives Own and evolve investment models to ensure strong ROI and value creation Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to each market, including pricing, marketing, and sales channel execution Set and deliver against subscriber growth, revenue, and margin targets Partner with Commercial and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies Collaborate with Construction to align build plans, timelines, and cost efficiency Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless market entry and scalability Engage with local stakeholders and officials to support successful launches Build and lead a high-performing team focused on accountability, execution, and results What Success Looks Like Strong subscriber growth and market penetration in new regions Expansion initiatives delivering profitable, scalable ROI Seamless execution from market selection → build → launch → growth High-performing, aligned teams driving results across functions What You Bring To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in telecom, cable, or related industries
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, building and leading high-impact teams
  • Proven success in market expansion, business development, or GTM strategy
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, comfortable owning ROI models and performance metrics
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to influence at all levels, from local stakeholders to executive leadership
  • Strategic thinker with a builder mindset
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong market and competitive analysis skills
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence
  • Highly collaborative leader who can align diverse teams around a common goal
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
