About The Position
The VP of Loss Prevention at Sephora is responsible for leading the Loss Prevention teams that support over 550 stores across the US. This role focuses on developing innovative loss prevention programs to minimize shrinkage while ensuring the safety of employees and customers. The VP will work closely with store leadership and local authorities to safeguard assets and enhance the client experience.
