You will serve as a key contributor within Nuveen’s Sales Learning & Development team, driving comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution sales channels. In this role, you'll support and contribute to learning solutions spanning three critical areas: New Hire education programs, Product education initiatives, and Advanced Selling Skills development. You'll help develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact, and facilitate the adoption of learning programs that accelerate the capabilities of our distribution sales professionals. Based on your strengths and business needs, you'll take primary ownership of one or more of these focus areas while actively contributing to all three. Working closely with US Sales Leaders and business partners, you'll accelerate knowledge of Nuveen products, asset classes, the competitive landscape, regulatory and business practices, and technological platforms. Your expertise in both the distribution business and best-in-class learning practices will help align our capabilities with the needs and opportunities across Nuveen's sales organization. You'll partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the firm to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
