This is a Workplace Operations & Support III position at the Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for delivering efficient technical support and ensuring smooth operations of the organization's workplace environment for end-users, including hardware, software, and network resources. Role Profile: We are seeking an individual to join the Office 365 squads to support the program and team in delivering M365 Copilot in the coming months. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in the M365 platform including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online along with knowledge of M365 Copilot, Purview Information Protection, and Compliance tools. Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team are also essential.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience delivering solutions within Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, or willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Compliance features or a strong interest in building expertise in these areas.
  • Awareness of Generative AI tools, with an understanding of data protection and governance considerations in AI-enabled environments.
  • Awareness of AI governance frameworks, risk monitoring, and compliance best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or in team settings

Responsibilities

  • Apply foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services to support and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus.
  • Configure and support Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications, leveraging a working understanding of Gen AI concepts or develop expertise in this area.
  • Support Microsoft Purview capabilities such as sensitivity labels and compliance features or develop expertise in this area.
  • Use PowerShell for automation, troubleshooting, and reporting across the M365 environment.
  • Stay up to date with evolving M365 and Copilot capabilities and help translate new features into implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to solve problems, communicate clearly, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
