About The Position
Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) at Wells Fargo provides a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. As a trusted partner to our clients, we deliver corporate and transactional banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, investment banking, equity, and fixed income solutions, including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe. The Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) team within the Energy & Power Group in CIB is seeking an execution banker at the Vice President level to join its team. This position will report to the Head of Acquisitions & Divestitures. The A&D team is an established practice at Wells Fargo and is part of the firm's broader Energy & Power Investment Banking business, focused on advising companies operating in the upstream and midstream sectors. The team comprises experienced, product-focused bankers who partner with industry coverage bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients. In this role, you will provide engineering analysis in support of the execution of Acquisitions and Divestitures transactions for our corporate clients. You will present complex ideas and analyses to internal and external parties, generate strategic content including industry analysis and product-specific concepts, coordinate deliverables with internal product partners, manage day-to-day project workflows, and develop junior talent.
