Evotec is seeking an experienced commercial leader to establish and drive the Key Account Management function within the assigned territory. The VP Key Account Management will transform how Evotec partners with its most strategic current and future customers, with a clear focus on long-term, growth-oriented, and sustainable collaborations. The role is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of high-value key accounts, unlocking new opportunities, broadening market presence, and accelerating revenue growth. Success requires strong commercial discipline, scientific credibility, and the ability to lead complex outcomes through cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Legal, Finance, and enabling functions.
