About The Position

The VP/IT Infrastructure & Operations provides strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and end-user computing services. This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that enable digital transformation and an excellent employee experience. The VP/IT Infrastructure & Operations leads teams responsible for cloud and data center operations, help desk, desktop support, and end-user computing technologies supporting approximately 600 TruStone employees, and partners closely with Network Operations and Information Security. This role is accountable for resource planning, operational execution, and continuous improvement. The position contributes to the development and execution of organizational initiatives, plans, and strategies, with primary objectives of maintaining a modern, resilient technology architecture and providing frictionless end-user computing and support that enables TruStone team members to effectively serve members.  This position is also a Product Owner role in the Product Management Council (PMC). As a Product Owner they are responsible for the vision of their product(s) and prioritization of the capabilities implemented. They are responsible for communication across all stakeholders, researching other businesses in the industry to create and execute their vision for their product(s), as well as owning their product’s roadmap.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm with additional hours as required at our Burnsville Administrative Office, Plymouth Corporate Office, or Kenosha Office location; exempt.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent job-related work experience with similar responsibilities.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in IS management to include managing and coaching employees.
  • 2+ years of progressive IT management experience.
  • Knowledge of major network operating systems, server hardware and virtual environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influentially throughout the organization – both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical information throughout all levels of the organization including both technical and non-technical staff and officials.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Management concepts (ITIL).
  • Flexibility of schedule and availability for work after hours and on weekends, as needed.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL foundations or higher certification, preferred.
  • Experience with agile, lean, scrum, DEVOPS, SECOPS and scaled agile framework (SAFe) methodologies, preferred.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure (private or public), preferred.
